    OK, so now you fill me with the question.

    What is a Stromboli compared to a Calzone?

    My Italian is weak, but still shouts standing upright.
    They seem quite similar.
    Difference in crust? Hard vs soft? Baked vs skillet?

    What's your take?
    Calzone is pretty much a pizza folded in half and cooked. The Stromboli is a grinder (sandwich) baked, like a tosted sub from subway.
    Stromboli is just a style, there's an Italian one, ham and cheese....bunch of different grinders, Stromboli is a flavor so to speak
