She's mad at me for watching "Rudy" without her. One of our favorite feel good movies.

I just said we could watch it again when she's ready to settle.

Nap in place for later anyway.

Wife just arose minutes ago and maybe I've mentioned, Saturday is HER laundry day.
She does all the diesel stenched uniforms first.

Often a load of dog bath or car towels next, like running bread through your grinder to help clear it. Then her inners, followed by bedding, her way. Saturday is taken by dibs!

We have a new rule, though. Now and into the future, no laundry on Sunday.
    Her time of peace!
    I'm with her.
    :):
Laundry is all me, and I just do it as soon as we have enough for a load. Bedding is usually a weekend thing though.

I'm getting hungry, Wife is having her breakfast, now. She dipped into the pulled pork I bought this morning. Awesome.

Heading out to start the grille shortly. I have two batches of salmon to smoke, thawed and ready.

One to serve for a late lunch, then one to smoke on for a kind of Viking jerky for later.

Let’s see, in Goshen what heritage might there be a celebration of for you to attend
    Cinco de Mayo?
When my kids were in school, they were basically required to attend the Goshen College Diversity Days. That was essentially 80% Mexican and 20% other countries. Every year, I kept thinking this doesn’t seem all that diverse… heck, I would’ve enjoyed celebrating some of these people’s German heritage.

The German American Klub had a beer festival last weekend here. They'll have Oktoberfest too.
