So you want one behind your house?Admittedly, I probably have a different perspective on what is "close by" than you guys do. One is probably 4 miles away, and another is probably 5.

That whole area is a mess traffic wise, and that isn't going to help anything. Kind of a bad spot.didn't know that
I remember the time before having a drivers license.I remember when "walking distance" for me was anything within 3 miles one way.

will they deliver? So you want one behind your house?
Well, if it's fast food, I typically am getting it to bring home, so I just want it close enough that I can get it back home before it cools off.So you want one behind your house?
I got mine at 16. I was chompin' at the bit to drive, as were all my friends.I was 24 myself.
Did that when I lived in TN and there was no sun at all through winter.I just make mine in the fridge. I have a gallon pitcher that I'm pouring from, with the gallon sun tea jar as a backup always brewing.
I order from the restaurants' websites, but a lot of them use Door Dash for delivery now. For carry out, they don't figure into the equation at all.I have Door Dash but I only use it to order for pickup.
I was always bad about forgetting the sun tea jar and leaving it outside overnight. By the time I'd get it the next day it was skunked. That's really when I started just doing it in the fridge.Did that when I lived in TN and there was no sun at all through winter.
