I totally agree. Feeling down about your issues, look around. Not too far away someone has it much worse. Every morning that we wake up, still above ground level, and breathing is a gift.

I've heard that you should never mix mini wheats with fruit loops. I think there was a medical study done about it once. I can't find it now.
