Found out yesterday that my best friend has been in the hospital since last Sunday. I texted him yesterday to see who he was rooting for in the game (we usually text back and forth on game days) and that's when he let me know. Guess he had been feeling short of breath and went for a CT scan.

He was in full A-fib and they drained about 3 liters of fluid off his right lung. He said they've got the a-fib mostly under control now, but the fluid on his lungs was still making it difficult to breathe. He's been dealing with cancer off and on for a few years, was in remission, and then it came back about a year ago but it had gotten back under control again. Not sure if this is related or not. It hadn't involved his lungs or heart before.
