Well the installers have hit a snag. They said that because the plumbing is galvanized (behind the shower wall), they can't just disconnect it? Have to get some kind of adapter so that they can cut it off and run Pex. They said that if they can't do that, then *I* might have to call a plumber to have that done? I'm thinking, no, you might have to call a plumber (and pay for them). I was quoted a price for a complete install and that's what I'll be paying. Not a penny more. They're calling their boss to see what to do.
