Grrrr... Susan was 10 minutes late to her ENT appointment (took a wrong turn) and they made her reschedule to Friday. Doctor offices suck. If you're on time or early, it's fine for them to make you wait half an hour or longer, but if you're 10 minutes late, they make you reschedule??

If they did that to me, you can be darned sure that when I arrived for the rescheduled appointment, at exactly the time I'm supposed to be there, I'd be walking back to see the doctor. I'm sure they'd try and stop me, but let them call security. I'd be like, "Hey, he said he'd see me at 9:40. It's 9:40. He will see me NOW."
