Tell me he didn't post it in the classifieds for 8k……

I saved this screenshot to email to my father since he's not a member here. Thought he would like to see it and the pictures. He enjoyed seeing it until he saw the price. He said the same thing as most everyone else on here. If that was in the family there is no way it would get sold. I'm still not convinced it was in the OP's family though.

I e-mailed him and he said that ten years ago he turned down $12,000 but wasn't interested in selling it, and now that he has decided to sell it, he would take $8,000.00. I guess since it is ten years older, he feels it must have depreciated. Let's give it another ten years and see if it's down to the $4,000.00 range.

The classified was basically the same as the OP, but without pics, and with an $8k price tag.

That's funny about turning down $12k. Seems like that would have been part of the OP, if asking for a value on it.

    I smell fish.

Sorry, that's probably me. Was hunting chants with a hand trowel and was hanging them on a line of hooks when I accidentally fell into the river and came out with a line full of snagged fish. Apparently they like [strike]ginseng[/strike] mushrooms.

Well, I didn't want them to go to waste, so I started cleaning them.

Honest, Mr. Conservation Officer, that's exactly how it went down. I swear.
