Actually, the laws of the land have said it. And I personally can't stand the guy, [edited to add: but that is also true of every president in recent history] I just like to keep the focus on REAL issues. If that makes me an "INGObamapologist" then so be it.

The folks who are so busy focusing on where he was born and steering the debate in that direction are helping him keep the spotlight off the really important things that he does NOT want you to focus on. And don't give me any spiel about what the law says, I was among the first to say if Hawaii was willing to say he was born there, there was no legally cognizable refutation. Even if he were determined to be an illegal alien and removed from office tomorrow, it still doesn't change the fact that the majority of the populace vOter for and agree with his overall direction. Remove Obama and they will still vote for the next legal one to come by.

I would like to add that Americans were sold a bill of goods on obama.

I will not do a search, but you are welcome to in order to support or refute your own accusations. I am fairly certain it is less than 5, as I can only think of two. I believe the only time I have "defended" Obama as you would call it, is in this thread and another that had to do with respecting the office no matter how much you dislike the holder. I think I criticized him in another that had to do with my suspicions of why he would want to sit down with the NRA to talk about gun rights. Please feel free to search away to support your claims, because in about 500 posts, I can think of only two or three outside of this thread that I've even mentioned his name.

My interest is in keeping the focus on important matters. If I belonged to the tinfoil hat clan, as you seem to, I would suggest that everyone who posts any birther nonsense was actually sent by the Obama administration to keep us otherwise occupied so we don't start thinking too hard about what is real and far more frightening.

I agree, lets concentrate on the fact that he, Husein, was raised to be un-American, to hate this country and everything it stands for and his desire to undermine our economic system so that everyone is equally poor and reliant on the scraps that the government throws to them for their subsistence.

IMG, this is a stuipd topic to still be talking about. His birth certificate has never been the issue. It's a bastardization of the issue to say it is. Obama has dual citizenship, here and kenya, because of his father. The original issue was whether or not someone could have dual citizenship and be president. Because if he is a citizen of another counrty, he would technically have to follow the laws of that counrty. His legal, court admissible birth certificate has been produced many, many times.

Again, research. Obama has dual citizenship because the Kenyain constitution automatically grants it to all children of citizens. Correction, had dual citizenship, it expired on Aug. 4,1984. That might explain why no one in Kenya has come forward.
