Won't it be more cost effective to go longer on the wood?

I'm going to menards tonight to get the material for the 4th stand. Figure one 10' PVC and one 5' PVC should do the trick. I do have some 6" PVC pipes left I think about 6 but we would need 8. Won't the coupling just cause the wood to string fall towards the lower part anyways?

I'm thinking of a striaght couple not the Ts.

BTW, in case it isn't obvious, I'm planning on being there if I can. I will more than likely make the call that morning. I have to see what my work shift is like. If it's a busy night, I don't want to wrap myself around a tree or put myself into a ditch on the way there.

Still deciding what to bring. It seems like I might not have anything that isn't already covered. I might just contribute a couple boxes of factory ammo ... we'll see.

Nope!
The event is free so it's never too late to sign up UNLESS it's the day AFTER the event.

Look at the list to see what everyone is bring (weapons) wise and if you would like to shoot anything a lot then just bring a box of ammo for it.

If you plan on bring any weapons can you please list them so I can update the main list.

Hi guys:

OK, here's the deal...I want to go, but don't have the cash for my CCW permit, so how can I legally get my handgun there? Could I possibly ride with someone from the area that has their CCW? If there's anyone from NWI area that's going, could you please hit me up?

I'll be bringing:

Savage 10 .308 sniper rifle
DPMS AR-15 .223
Remington 870 12 gauge (trapshooting anyone?)
HK USP .40

I'm cool with letting anyone use these. If you'd like to shoot them a lot, please supply ammo. Factory only please.

Looks like the current count is 25 people + 4 maybes.
I've upped the number of burgers I'm taking from 8 to 16.
So that gives us 8 hotdogs + 16 burgers I'll be taking.
melendad are you taking that jumbo pack again?

Can someone else bring some more burger/buns or hotdog/buns?
From what I have noticed we tend to eat 2 items per adult. (ie. 2 dogs, 2 burgers, or 1 dog & 1 burger).

Ghost is coming, he'll smoke 2 cigars, then go find the old pile of hot dogs in the bushes we 'saved' for him, then he'll eat a few more weenies after that.
