So, you are a GMO eater.

What most don't realize is that EVERYTHING is already genetically modified and will continue to be, with or without help.
Yep, you have to have to have a distant relative's original seeds to plant annually.

I don't know who doesn't know this, but Iowa State University has a storage room of corn samples from every year, dating way back, in case something happens with the food chain and modifications. I'm sure other storage facilities exist too.

Anyone have any “must go to” restaurants in Niagara Falls?
There is a restaurant in a tower that rotates and gives you a view of the entire falls and the rest of Canada. Its pricey but the view are well worth it.

The Fallsview casino has a yummy buffet. Way too much to pick from.

Not sure how much in CP, but my crawlspace sure didn't need it. Getting estimates on new gutters and possibly a new roof.
We FINALLY got new gutters a month or so ago.
Past couple years DK had called multiple companies, all promised to come out for an estimate. Most didn’t show. One did show but never called back.
Eenigenberg (however they spell it, we just started calling them Eberg) showed, called with an estimate and DK balked at the price.

We called them this year to get a new estimate- they still were expensive but they showed up. Did our house and the barn (barn has leaf guards) and did an excellent job.

Was watching Modern Marvels and saw this. The flat one with the pickles is the 50-pounder. The tall one next to it is the 150 pounder. I couldn't imagine how long that would take me to finish, of course assuming it didn't spoil first. I believe an image of the menu priced it at $500.

Buy the falls bus pass. They sell 1, 3 or 5 days and u can use the bus/trolly together around.

It will even take you to the butterfly sanctuary which is about 20min north. Real butterfly in a glass house they will land on u.

Eenigenberg Roofing did my roof some 25 years ago. Woke me up at 6:00 am stripping the old off, did some repairs and vents on house and garage, new roof on, and cleanup done, gone by 3:00 pm, for a competitive price.

I'll be calling them again when I need new roof, and will probably do gutters and leafguard at the same time.

I'm good to go now, but will eventually be too old to be climbing on the roof.

Speaking of gutters, I had the extension ladder out, so I decided to check after Beryl came through. Cicadas caked around the baskets. *mental note for next round*
