Was actually thinking of doing the power washing.

My house needs power washing bad, but I'm afraid I'll strip off the white paint on my aluminium siding. Then it would really look bad. I need to get a quote for repainting aluminium?

You can do that in the rain!

Use a lower pressure power washer or a wider fan shaped nozzle that decreases the chances of damage to the underlying paint.
