Was driving thru Kouts today and saw a sign for a gunsmith on RT 8, east of RT 49 and think the name was Twisted Sword. Anyone know of this place or been in there?

Cork broke in half. WTF? So I fish it out with a corkscrew, only to have the half that is stuck then break in half vertically. Double WTF? Fine, its out. Now I have a wonderful Rye Whiskey & Bourbon blend that is airing out without a cork to reseal it. Oh, and contrary to what most might think reading the bourbon review thread, I'm not a big drinker so tipping back the bottle is not any sort of an option.

20 minutes later I find a suitable stopper and saved the bottle from an eternal airing out. Negative praise and plenty of condemnation to the household of the Turkey for using an inferior cork.

Have you 'forgiven' WT for their error yet?

Does that signify, as it often does with wine, that the contents are going to be sub-par? I've had more than a few bottles of excellent wine spoiled by the cork.

The FORGIVEN is one of my favorite bourbons. Well not technically a real bourbon. Its a bourbon blend. And this bottle has been great from the time I opened it up through this little sip (about a jigger's worth). I think the seal remained solid while the bottom half of the cork was simply weak.
