The Highland FOP lodge is sponsoring a Gun Raffle with a drawing date of August 18, 2014 at our August Monthly Meeting. The $10 donation allows everyone a chance to win a gun or value of gun in form of a Cabela's Gift Card. There will only be 500 tickets available for this Raffle.

Sheepdog do you have any experience on looking over contacts for a purchases of a house by owner for cash.
Seller has atty that wrote up contract for cash payment of house. Need an atty to look it over.

I closed through a title company. I would make sure its a clear title. The funds needed to be wired to the title co. account, due to a law somewhere (over 10,000??). It took all of 35 minutes for the closing.

Chicago Title Insurance Company in highland. I think it was $450, but I would have to check. We got money back due to accrued, but not yet billed property taxes.
