Had two encounters in St. John with carrying. Different officers both times, never asked for LTCH or anything.

The one time I was idling in the bank parking lot @ 3am waiting for a convoy when a officer pulled up behind me and lite me up to check out what I was doing. he asked for License, I told him Id have to open my center console where my weapon was, he says thats fine, just need your license, offered LTCH and everything, didnt need to see it

Should be able to turn off the normal warnings in your settings, but you can't disable presidential messages. Obama can always text you a dick pic if he so pleases.
