Holy crap, who knew that chicken wire smelled so bad? What the hell is that smell? Brand new package, 2 ft x 25 ft. Pain in the ass to unroll because it's wound so tight, and it stinks. Bleh.

We always have tomato plants in pots on the back deck. Raccoons or squirrels or something kept eating our tomatoes last year. Hopefully this will keep them out. I also pulled the pots away from the edge of the deck so they can't just sit on the railing and pick them off.

Besides. It's the smallest one they had there. I just need something to help me out. Maybe later I'll need something bigger/better/more expensive. For now, I don't want to have to PUSH the entire yard.
Especially since I haven't cut the back yard yet.
