Whoa.... New Chicago the only place where you can not go and still get supeona'ed to court to defend yourself for drug possession, driving with out a license, and having a license plate light out on a vehicle that you don't own or have access too.... Spend 8 months back and forth to court waiting for the New Chicago Police Officer to finally show up to court to explain the charges and still get the charges left on your record even though they were dismissed finally in court.... I think I know a thing or two about New Chicago.... Not me but a family member which I had to get proper legal help for....

I triple charge if I have to work in New Chicago...

Sounds like a plan. I hate wearing safety goggles over my glasses, but I'm too nearsighted to go without them. I may check into them.

Thanks. This is great, as I went to the eye doctor for new glasses and have my new prescription. Those will work for going into places where safety glasses must be worn.
Yep. I plan to use them when I visit our plants myself.

Now I just need to find some reasonably effective, decently priced in-ear protection.

    Ore ships delayed

    Yes they are.

Is there still ice on the lake?

    Some.

So listen to this tale of woe of the incompetence of upper level management.
They did a cost/benefit analysis of if they really need all that iron ore sitting on the ground in the winter "just in case".
The reviewed the last so many years, maybe 5 or something.
They determined that it was too costly to have the iron ore, just in case.
That was money sitting on the ground, not going to the bottom line. And the 4th quarter has less income, because other mfgers are having 4th quarter problems.
So, they bought only a small amount of iron ore.
    You know what happened.
So here we are, losing approx. 5 million per day, just at my Caster.

    And here's the clincher.
That's only the bad part, it's not the BAD part.

    The BAD part is..........
We are so far behind on iron ore, that they estimate we will not be caught up by NEXT WINTER.
That's right. Next winter, we'll run out again......

    Because
We only have so many iron ore freighters.
They already run somewhere around 90 to 95 percent usage.
Boat pulls in, and fills up. Goes to sea. Pulls in and is emptied.
    There is hardly and downtime.
There are no "spare" boats to bring online.
So, how do you catch up?????????

There's some people out there, that should not only be fired, but have to repay their salaries .

So, for my trailer refurbish project, looks like I'm going with the Sherwin Williams "dimension" line of automotive paint.
I think the PO15 was a little too much for what I want.
And with Rustoleum I'd be repainting too often.

I hope this paint will be better. It's definitely going to cost $.
Good thing I checked my bank account first. Have to wait for payday. The $28 in the bank won't do me much good.
