Happy Thanksgiving NWI INGO. Enjoy the time with your family. I know in my line of work most don't get too. Very fortunate I work for one of those company's that give their drivers the day off with their family's.

My very own recipe for a brined turkey, injected with a mixture of beer and special spices, topped off with an herb olive oil rub, with a touch of garlic in the cavity.

Typing that made me realize why I only cook this meal twice a year.

Hmmm.... when do we come over?

BTW for those with little ones that want a fun place to enjoy a bday party.
Try Zig-E's Funland | Your Party Solution! in St. John on Indy next to the high school.

Had ds birthday party there. Did the arcades only and the kids had a blast as we had the entire building to ourselves.
It's good for K to about 3rd grade (acrade wise) but the older kids may not enjoy it as the games are too kiddie.
In any case it was relatively cheap for 11 kids it came out to about $115 (~9.50 per kids i think) with pizza, pop and 50 tokens per kid + t-shirt for bday boy.
