officially backed out of house... nothing ever will be mentioned about a new one ever until its done and done...

even though it costed me the gf, im glad i opened my eyes a bit to realize i never ever would get my money back out of it if **** were to hit the fan...

If i can ask, where is it at? I am renting now in the area, but looking to move out in about a year from now. Place looked pretty nice from the posted photos. Granted, in that year, i know I have some things to get done as well, and who knows if the house will be off the market before then.
