I didn't see this story referenced elsewhere. I don't know anything about it, but when I saw it, both the allegations and the Sheriff's response, I simply thought: "this is the most 'Lake County' story ever."

So... will u b representing?

Meh... 1 jbt getting charged by another jbt. Meh...

    That's two in a row, isn't it?

Two Lake County Sheriffs that have gotten into trouble with the law. John Buncich and now Sheriff Rodriguez
Ah yes forgot all about that loser.
Now granted bun... was convicted of bribery and fraud. This jbt crime is "lesser" .

He might have been on a case n going that fast due to it but jedi HIGHLY doubts it. More like he was just abusing his power n equipment just cause he could.

Not to sound corny but with great power comes great responsibility. jedi can't stand when these jbt abuse that.

Regarding bun... from 2 years ago.

He has 10 more years in prison. He will be 84 if he makes it.

It's a Trackhawk, I'm pretty sure they have Hellcat engines in them

Update, I am home, since about 3:45. The surgery went very well. I can walk pretty well.

The nerve block has not completely worn off, so there is not much pain.

BS thanks for the new theme song.

To All, Thanks for the well wishes and prayers.

This surgery thing is much easier when you are in better shape, the first I had atropied for 2 years, this one I worked as hard as possible for 8 months.

There are some intersections/businesses that have recurring car/building incidents.

In Portage the Zip Foods on Samuelson and Melton has been driven into multiple times.

In Merrillville Brugos Auto Repair at 73rd & Madison had multiple accidents.

I wonder what the folks working at these places think?

Hope everyone who had to be out on the icy roads got home safe and without incident.

@2A_Tom, hope all is going well with the surgery today.
Well Brugos is at the bottom of a 4 way incline.

And people are too stupid to slow the F down.

My dad always volunteered to fix us kids by chopping off something with his pocket knife
