As long as you're not a prohibited person no need to pay the government bribe and obtain a ltch. Effective July 1st

"I heard" you can only open carry a wheel gun or a break barrel single shot 410 pistol without getting the lifetime permit (which is going away). If you want to conceal you'll have to get an Indiana ccw license, unless of course you're not an Indiana resident then none of these rules apply to you except of course if you're a felon you can only carry with an empty chamber.
