sad isn't it? sooooo many people believe now you can open carry without a permit but you'll still need your "ccw" to cc. Excellent point.There is a lot of ignorance about firearms in general. Laws, permits, gun safety, function, how to/not to use them, hunting etc. etc. Some gun owners are as equally challenged as the non gun owning public.
