I just get whatever needs me, as long as it's smallish. You could go to Petfinder and put in your zip code and information about the dog you want, and you get a list of the available rescue pups.Planning to get another dog since I have a house now, strongly considering a corgi lol
he needs 2 go 2 a high end luxury pedegri doggie shop and get a $$$$$$ new puppy.I just get whatever needs me, as long as it's smallish. You could go to Petfinder and put in your zip code and information about the dog you want, and you get a list of the available rescue pups.
When I lived in N Georgia they were calling for a "chance" of snow, it was raining at the time. When I lived in Laurenburg, NC we had a 100 year snow stor.
3 inches and the town shut down for 3 days.
Another time the weather man was calling for freezing rain. I laughed it off and went to work, because I thought it was just sleet. By the time I drove 50 miles there, I told the crew to go home, and on the drive home I ran off the road. I was on a double curve and the rear started sliding left, so I compensated the rear started sliding right, so I compensated and now I am back in my lane. Now I am on the straight away and all of a sudden my rear end goes to the left so fast that before I know it I am in the ditch on the right, facing the wrong way.
We had 150 year old oaks lining the main street. They lost a lot of limbs. Thewireshad 2 to 3 inches of ice on them and were breaking under the weight.
That has to be the worst weather event I have ever seen. There was actuallyover 3inches of ice on the roads.
We lived a block and a half from the Pigley Wiggley and I walked there the night before the "SNOW STORM" and the shelves were completely bare. It looked like Soviet Russia. No work again tomorrow... Thanks jedi, if it wasn't for your snow and the cold temps, I'd be freezing my ass of in Gary

We needed groceries anyway so off to the store we go. We get there and everything is gone, worse than anything I've seen around here (Born and raised South of South Bend).
We're walking the isles and laughing. Some guy comes up to us and says "Ya'all aren't from around here are you?" We told him no, we were from N Indiana. He Said" I didn't think so, My wife is from Michigan, an she's at home laughing right now."
We got some ice that night, no snow and the ice was gone by noon
When did you live in Laurinburg? My wife and I lived in Lumberton for 4 years and would laugh about the winter paranoia, too. When I lived in Laurenburg, NC we had a 100 year snow stor.
