Well, I wish I was smarter.
Or maybe I should just listen to myself.

Put a collar on a rod for my throttle linkage on the snow blower.
    Tightened the set screw.
    Bought Locktite.
I should have applied the Locktite, and let it set for 24 hours.

But I ran the snowblower to clear the drive instead.
Got near the end, the vibration must have loosened the set screw, and the collar fell of the linkage.
    :xmad:

    I had the right idea.
But fell through on the follow through.

I guess tomorrow I need to go back to Menards for another collar.

    It originally had

After I couldn't get that to work, I replaced with

And now, because it's on my mind and bothering me, maybe I should run to menards, buy a couple, install the one, and THIS TIME LOCKTITE it.

Fortunately, when I shut down the blower, I set the rod to where it need to be again, its just waiting on the collar

That’s a good question! It says “law Enforcement range,” which I didn’t know existed, either.
Wondering if they train at NPCCC? I see quite a few of the local departments have time blocks on their schedule (but nothing specifically NPS)

Maybe I'm taking Facebook too seriously but it disgusts me how openly people talk about cheating on their SO. Should be a criminal offense.

Work shut us down for today, going day by day all week
Didn't really want to drive to Gary this morning anyway
Is it the cold or the snow that affects your job?

The best thing I ever did in my life was cancel my RussiaBook account

Most are probably not so open. More likely that's their second account. Just wait til more people learn to search by image. Here's how on Google:

My first 6 years at the mill were outside.
I DO NOT miss that at all.
The only thing worse than working outside is having to move from hi temps, like near a furnace (molten steel) to outside and back multiple times in a shift.

Anyone who thinks it's warmer near the lake has never been outside 13 stories up, at 2 am, with a 30 mph wind.

No, I do not miss the mill.

Just cleared 4 inches of snow from my driveway. I've got to leave the house tomorrow, day 1 of the 7 I'm working this month. :(

I'll get some errands done while I'm out.

We should finally get mail tomorrow. Crown Point city plow buried our mailbox over a week ago, and I finally got them to come out today and move that snow.
