It's a Win, Win, Win. Sold, fits their family, & realtor/friend gets all the info on both sides for me and makes all the commission which I know she'll invest part in the stock market for the kid. She's already been generous with investing 1600 toward him.

Wrap him up like a burrito. Our escape artist would continually need a rewrap, but it is what it is.

Not sure if it would help in your case, but we used/are using the Halo brand sleep sacks they lock them down pretty well and keep them from moving a bunch
