According to what I’m hearing on the northwest Indiana scanner there are wide spread power outages. Lots of intersections with no lights.

The tornado sirens are sounding throughout LaPorte County.

I haven't obtained anything official, was told a tornado was spotted at Highway 35 and 500 S going northeast.
