Much as I agree with that statement I would point out that there are careless idiots who live out here and they should not be acting, shooting, etc in dangerous ways.

I go thru your area at least once a month to go to one of our vendors out in Nappanee off 331 and 30. Nice to see Warsaw is like the rest of the state doing their part to have the roads under construction.

But the gubmint always layers on more ineffective laws when older ineffective laws don't work

Got to run down to Jeffersonville,IN for work today and saw a lot of convoys of electrical contractors bucket trucks heading south on RT 65. Guess they will be going to the areas hit by the hurricane(s) making a lot of OT.

They shut it down a year or two ago here. The proposal was absurd. The counsel realized it after hearing from a packed room. I suspect this may dissolve away too.

Recycling will. I put it near the recycle bin rather than near the garbage can, so they know it is recyclable.
