I didn’t make the rules. Business casual means no jeans. Casual includes jeans. I see jurors with jeans all the time. I don’t care, but if the notice says business casual, that has a specific meaning.

...and every adult male should own dress pants and a jacket to go with.

It’s amazing what you can find on the Internet.

This'll be the first holiday I've had off in forever.
And.. today is the last day of my contract. :(

And we're still hanging, wondering what's going on.

Are you on short term disability? I’d hate to see you cut off right now if there’s a strike.

    Sickness & Accident.
Though the forms were just faxed a couple days ago.
So, I should get back pay from the 11th of August.
I'm not sure if it's still in effect, but it used to be, if you were on S&A, they had to keep paying you till you were discharged. So, theoretically I'll still be paid. It's not a full paycheck, but it's something.

But I'm not sure if that's still in effect or not.
Course, I don't know if we're striking, or not.

It’s going to be an interesting couple weeks/months coming up.

    No kidding.

And I just got the GREAT news that the gastro doc may not see me till Nov 8.
WTF? I can't stay off work that long.

So, I can get the endoscopy and colonoscopy in September.
But THOSE aren't keeping me from working. They're follow ups.

But, the office visit to start seeing if I have Celiac disease is Nov 8? :xmad:
That's the one supposedly keeping me from working.
