Nope nope nope not going there.

But I will be back in Hammond today looking at buying another 'flip' house up there.

Meeting my contractor at 9:30.

Found a house up for auction, its a foreclosure. Tiny house. Cheap. Probably will resell after fixing up for about $50,000. Not the nicest area. But the house looks solid. And its cheap. Could make a quick $12+ grand with what appear to be mostly cosmetic updates.

I need to just hire somebody to do some remodeling. I used to do everything myself but the house has stalled for the last several years and I find it a lot easier to cut a check than to try to DIY anymore. Just don't know and trust anyone anymore that can just do it all. Kitchen and bathroom remodel, and some trim work. All cosmetic.
