This one or set of ones that i have had this past week ARE NOT migraines! Ive been lucky that one of those have not hit me since last year.

I think its the humidity but have not been able to confirm it yet. I do know my trigger foods and i have avoid them forever now.

Get my 30 years, and I'm going to try to find me a job that's Mon-Fri and not midnights.
