In the "old" days they would close a thread at 5000 posts because of database performance issues. After one of the upgrades they started letting them get bigger.
At some point one of the bully Mods will come and close it and start a new one for us.
As much as you guys raved about loving your Diesel VWs, I am curious as to why you didn't keep them.
Were you being forced to get the new software? With the software fix there is an unknown of reliability. Plus I get the Ford less than what my loan for the Jetta is so it was a no brainer. If I had gotten a tiguan tdi I would of taken that risk on the fix, but I needed a vehicle in order to get back and forth to work as I work nights and she works days. So, I didn't really have much time to shop around.
I still have mine. A Jetta TDI.As much as you guys raved about loving your Diesel VWs, I am curious as to why you didn't keep them.
No.Were you being forced to get the new software?

Plan to keep it until the wheels fall off.

On a semi related note, I am really liking my Golf R. I am still debating getting the APR tune though.
