I had it checked out at Jiffy Lube. He said the connections were all tight and there were no leaks. Got an estimate of $200 to have the pump replaced, but I think I'll check around and see if I can get it done for cheaper.

I had it checked out at Jiffy Lube. He said the connections were all tight and there were no leaks. Got an estimate of $200 to have the pump replaced, but I think I'll check around and see if I can get it done for cheaper.
He said the part was $88, but that was not their cost, I'm sure. I'll see what I can find and then try to find someone to put it in. (Or youtube? I'm pretty handy.)
Windshield motors are hidden, so they don't have to be pretty. Call some junk yards. You might be able to find one dirt cheap.
Brakes are done. What a mess. Wrong rotor in the right box. Those were the only 2 the store had in stock so I had to drive to Lansing to get the right one. I don't think the dealer even greased the caliper pins when they did it last so they had to be pounded out. I don't think the back brakes were doing anything at all. Found a rim leak in a wheel. The car stops nice now though.
Oh, hell. I youtubed washer pump installation, ordered two off Ebay for $23, and I'll put them in next weekend.

Should be easy enough. You saw what I had to do to my jeep right? Take the entire dash out to fix the heater that still needs a new actuator.
I have a propane heater if you need to borrow.
Never fails does it?
Staying at a hotel where construction is going on...never again. I don't care if the entire family of a wedding party stays there, we'll visit then retreat to an alternative hotel. All of us have a funk going on because of the dust in the air and must have blown through the vents. Little man had a cough the past couple days. We'll see what happens when he wakes up in a few.
