Doctor cut a tumor out. It was invading the bone. It appeared to be benign. The Mrs. is in recovery. Happy. Happy. Happy!
Glad to hear the Mrs is doing good hopefully it is benign after all testing has been exhausted.

Thanks everyone. It was a big relief she only had to have one procedure (as the doctor was predicting a second procedure needed), and we did not run into the big 'C' word. The tumor had invaded the bone, so it was good to be proactive! He carved out that bone section to make sure he got it all and the bone will now slowly fill in. The patient appreciates the support and is recovering nicely! 
Heck no that is "liberal" snow!

With as good as the newer ECMs regulate the mixture during warm up cycles, any problems of washing the cylinder walls of oil are pretty much nonexistant. I think a reasonable amount of idleing to let things warm up slowly doesn't hurt a modern fuel injected engine one bit.
