Probably disgruntled people who are ticketed for playing their tunes at a certain decibel level, while the ice cream man blares his tunes. Double standard.

First day back at the gym... Someone kill me, I don't want to feel like this anymore.

It takes time and dedication. Don't overdo it right off the bat. Establish a base (getting used to it) before going for it. I would set some sort of reward system as a goal to keep the motivation there.
I can also recommend Advocare's 10 day cleanse (pills and drinks). No, you don't yourself to death like other programs, but I did nothing different while on this and lost lbs. & I felt great near the end.

Anyone interested in doing an NRA Pistol Marksmanship Simulator class for fun? I only have one SIRT pistol, so we can all concentrate on heckling the shooter on the line...

Tell them its part of your religion and if they don't like it call them bigots and threaten to cut off heads. Then play the victim card hoping some news group will pick up your story and run with it getting millions of ignorant people to follow and cause riots where you live.
