I took a friend's friend from Japan over there in Nashville.

If I remembered correctly, an adult guest must be accompanied by a member to get in with a guest pass. They don't sell stand alone guest passes.

Well crud, I had been looking forward to going for a year now but guess it is not to be. I was going to leave Nashville TN early morning Sat and spend the day at convention before coming the rest of the way home. Looks like I'll just hang out in Nashville.

Thank you for the info though, I appreciate it.

I don't see what the problem is with your stopping on the way back from Nashville. The show is free for NRA members. If you aren't a member you can join for $25. The show alone is worth $25, plus you get a magazine and the opportunity to belong to one of the nations most recognized civil rights organizations. It is the NRA annual meeting for members after all.

I became an NRA member in December . Will I receive anything in the mail to get in to the annual meeting or is the card I have the only thing I need?

You have to register. You can do that at the meeting or online. I would go ahead and register TODAY online to get you passes beforehand.

    Pre-registration is closed now.
The only way in is to bring your card along and register there.
Pre-registration only gets your pass so you don't have to go thru waiting in line to register.

Friday is the day to go and load up on stuff.
Most of the vendors have everything and are gladly handing them out.
By Saturday, it is getting skimpy.
    Sunday is the worse.
If you are buying something and decide to wait, chances are good that it will be gone by Sunday.
Had it happen too many times.

I disagree. If you are looking for deals Sunday is the day to go. Take cash! Right before the show ends vendors are selling stuff cheap just so they don't have to pack it up. If they are out of what you are looking for then just get the info and place an order online. Two years ago we picked up all sorts of cool stuff at the end of the show.

Agree, Sunday is the day the vendors are passing out everything so they do not have to pack up. Last meeting in Indy I went Friday,Saturday and Sunday and got about 16 Tshirts and most swag on Sunday. CANT wait till it comes back to Indy
