It is funny. I lived in San Antonio for 9 years. That actually happened with me every Winter.

That doesn't make upper 90s like being next to the Sun though.

Home from Notre Dame (again) painting our daughter's apartment because she moved into a complex run by a slumlord. Actually nice size, nice layout, nice unit but just filthy and badly maintained. But right next to campus. We are literally doing the landlord's job and repainting, cleaning, fixing the holes in the walls, etc. You'd think this was a 1960's fraternity house. But it is actually a large apartment complex.

Going back tomorrow to finish painting the walls. Can we send the landlord a bill for our labor?

Why are you letting your daughter move into a place run by a slumlord? Remind me again is Notre Dame north of 30 and in the the ghetto?
