    OMG boomer smell. When I bought my house in 2004, it smelled like smoke and old people. The owners were my neighbors , both lifetime smokers in their 70's. It took me close to a year to get the smell out. Lots of candles and open windows.
    That's a no for me.. Give me a house where 6 bodies decomposed in rather 1 smoker... Disgusting!

    Trust is good when someone passes, any one of the trustees can take possession of the listed items without a new stamp at $200 a piece. Plus any one of the trustees can take the items out to the range or travel without the trust holder present.
    Yes, this is true, but honestly, i'm not passing my stuff around so no benefit to me and when they are willed down to my kid there is no fee just a form 5, so no $200 in that case.
