Listen to Mike Church. I'll guarantee he isn't a sellout. 90+% of everything out of his mouth is directly related to the constitution and our founders' intent. I've pretty much given up on Beck and Hannity.

    Love Church and Wilkow. :rockwoot:

Wilkow is really good too but he comes off as childish to me with the way he talks. Something about adults changing octaves when going on a rant grates on me. I listen to the last part of his show on the way in to work.

Glenn is talking to the middle idiots, about the left idiots.
We would be the right idiots, and a few of us, the far far right idiots.
    Progressivism is a religion.
    Conservativism is a religion.
Both would prefer to not have to deal with the other.
Communists and socialists have had a bad record of trying to exterminate their opponents, and then their internal political rivals.

This one time, at band camp...
I had to work with a socialist on a project for two weeks.
My boss told me to keep my mouth shut until the project was done...I have a reputation.
But for two weeks this socialist was telling me how wonderful government projects were.
I had just spent the last three summers working at the post office...That was an eye opener.
Then the socialist is telling me how because of the assault weapons ban, after the ten year ban there wont be any assault weapons anymore. I must admit this intrigued me. He went on to explain that after 10 years the guns just magically quit working. I politely explained that I have 100 year old guns. Then he tells me how it wont matter because they will get rid of all the guns anyway. I ask him how? He says they will pass a law. I ask him what that will do, and he tells me, "everyone will have to turn them in". I ask why? He says, "Well, they will have to, because it is the law".
And that is why unrestricted breeding is killing our country...

I'm sorry some of you (especially the OP) feel that way.

I don't agree with anyone 100%, and I'd never expect to. That's the beauty of these fantastic Political discussion threads. As long as we remain respectful Americans, then it fosters one of the greatest American freedoms, civilized debate.

Obviously Glenn Beck if a very public figure, and the most political television show, bar none. With the massive tanking numbers for all of MSNBC and CNN to boot, why would you expect anything less that not-so-truthful things to be printed about Beck, or any other conservative "entertainer"?

Glenn addressed many of the points in the article that you referenced in his radio program on Friday. Again, I don't agree with everything he says or believes, but you have to realize that anyone reaching so many open minded folks, and raising to his status so quickly, will come under all forms of attack, from both the left and the right.

The simple fact, love him or hate him, is that he has been instrumental in helping to wake up America. Anyone that points people in the direction of becoming self taught, and self educated about the history of our country, our founding fathers and documents, and the various political agenda/ideals of America, is a great thing in my book. Research, learn, form your own opinion, and then lets have a civilized debate on all topics and proceed forward with a common foundation and structure of government.

Glenn Beck, has done some decent pointing the finger, but he is indeed a coward, and a drama queen.

I dont need him putting on a show with false emotions, I can watch that idiot cramer for that.

I only watch the media to know what the heck the masses are being fed - half truths, opinionated news, and it is freaking sad

So you guys are telling me that 1,000 Architects & Engineers <--- these people are CRAZY???

    (Snipped)

I couldn't access the link, so I don't know what it said, but I _have_ read the report that was circulated among the US&R Task Forces. Basically, the fire weakened the structural members, which had no fire-proofing (asbestos having been banned). The weakened structural members failed, causing a cascading failure of the remaining structure; a vastly larger-scale pancake collapse of the structure. Watching the videos (as I was - live) you could see the successive floors collapse as they were unable to support the increasing weight of the floors collapsing above. Anyone who says it was caused by explosives has another agenda.

Of coarse, it took fire from jet fuel to bring down towers 1 & 2; but it only took some trashcan fires to bring down tower 7.

I've not been a tin foil hat wearin type in the past. But one thing about how those buildings fell, struck me as odd. They all fell almost completely straight down. Just like when a demolition crew works for 2 or 3 weeks setting up charges to make it fall straight down so it won't damage other nearby buildings. In fact they look just like other demo jobs as they fell, without the visible explosions of course.
What are the chances that one of the original two towers wouldn't topple sideways after being hit by a plane?
Man, I hate it when my concept of reality is shaken.

If you watch video of a building being "imploded", the bottom floors generally collapse first. The explosives are timed so the building either comes straight down or moves in whatever direction is needed, but the bottom floors collapse first. The Twin Towers collapsed from the failed floors sequentially down to the street. A classic pancake collapse.
