Those were prototypes made for the Ranking Officers who never leave the Station.
The coffee smell was supposed to make them relate to the Street Cops and the Kevlar was in case they shot themselves in the foot.

Why can't you all be tolerant of other peoples' sock choices? Am I to be seen as an outcast because I prefer weird socks? Rainbow colored socks or socks with snowmen or kitty cats or flowers or polka dots? Or toe socks??? Yeah, toe socks are boss. They're like gloves for my feet.

Mostly white, then blue, and once in awhile black or brown. They are all gold toe as my feet insist on them. I do keep each color in a seperate drawer so they don't co-mingle.

It doesn't matter what color socks you wear. The real question is do you have a permit to conceal wear them under your shoes? And you should wear them with a sock garter to secure them to your leg, lest a 5 year old girl see your socks and try to take them.

The limit there is seven toes per person.
If you already have ten toes you can keep them but only seven toes can be used at one time.

I just don't go rubbing mine with others out there, I keep my socks on my feet where they belong.
