what does 'stamp 13' / 'stamp 14' mean? Is that the 13th and 14th stamps for the day? My last one had a hand written '14' on it and I wondered if thats what it meant.

Different examiner. Examiners vary wildly in turnaround times.

The examiner is assigned by the Transferor, so if you buy your items from the same shop, or now, from someone in state, you will get the same examiner.

I've had maybe 4 or 5 examiners. Now I think all of Indiana gets assigned to Nikki if Im not mistaken and shes been solid for me on when to expect my stamp. YMMV.
