A piece of advise for everyone....leave box 4h empty.

Mine was returned today because I listed K. Bowden, Shelbyville, IN as that is what I have engraved. It was returned to me for needing a full first name.

After a short conversation with Mrs. Dudash on the phone it was clear all I needed to do was cross the verbiage out and return..... That box is optional, but any information we offer up is scrutinized. I will be leaving it blank from now on.

Wow I guess its all in who you get. I had three Form 1's approved with only my first initial in the same box.

She did approve a form 4 for me but no initials required for that.

Very true!! Leave it to the guberment to make decisions that make sense....

I was having a bad morning, and my wife stopped by work after lunch and handed me my paycheck so she could go cash it. Then she handed over the BATFE letter and said she thought it would make me happy. I started dancing around the room. Needless to say, my day continued to suck once I opened it.....

so now this begs the question: When you have a receiver engraved, are you suppose to put your full first name on it, or is the first initial acceptable?

I know that Ive been told when you have a trust, the full name of the trust should be on the receiver.

Wow... that took a long time, but what a great surprise to come home to after 2 weeks in the hospital. According to the nice person at the ATF I spoke to they were approved about 3 hours before I called in. Now to just figure out where to get them engraved...

21st Century has the newest one, Ann Feltner. My buddy just got one back last week he sent in the friday before July 1st weekend. I'm sure she is still learning the ropes and not up to speed yet.
