I called today and they told me it is about a 6 month turn around for a Form 4.

Called to check on this one today just for kicks. I received the most info EVER from the guy who answered the phone.

He told me when it went pending, and to expect approval in late december or early january.

Usually I just get "pending" for status and have to inquire for more.

anyway, right on schedule I guess.

Took almost exactly 6 months door to door.

The most interesting part is they must be working OT over there at the BATFE. Mine was approved on Sunday, 11-25-2012!

She takes work home with her some times. I talked to her at her house on the phone about one of my tax stamps, very nice, and helpful.
