I guess being the easy going, non-confrontational go with the flow kind of guy I am, people just don't feel a need to Neg rep me.

I have only given one neg rep, and it was just the other day. I took plenty of time to make sure I wasn't just overreacting to a post I didn't like, and tried to kindly explain why I gave the neg in the comment. I was worried I'd get it back, but I didn't. Haven't received a neg rep yet. (Please... that's not an invitation! Go neg chraland51!)

Excuse my ignorance, but what is a negative reputation? How do you get one? How do you know if you have gotten one?

is 200 (after the first one) and each

is 300 (again, after the first). You can have up to five of each, then you get a

Oh, Me, me, over here I have one. I got it from a newb, no comment just a neg rep. It was for a joke I posted that earned 13 pos rep's. Maybe the neg was a mistake!
Too late now I have been marked for life. It took several therapy sessions to get over it, but I'm all better now.
