Just talked to Chef Danny. Everything is a go. We will be upstairs in the back of the room. $15 buffet. Includes soft drinks and Pizza. Plan on armbands so they can keep track of who is with our group. I told Danny anyone is welcome if they want to hang out with a bunch of crazy gun people. Beer will be on your own. "Be responsible my friends"

Told Danny 40ish people to start. There would be shooting competitions at Hoosier Hills and South Central. So turnout could be higher. They have the room and the restaurant right downstairs. They have expanded quite a bit. I will continue to monitor this thread and give Big Woods updates. I have a feeling everyone will be well fed.

edit: to answer the question, no deadline. But as much notice of attendance as we can give will help the staff
