I think you should start an SBR Build-in-Progress Part II, Now that you have a better idea of what you want to do and parts comeing in. This thread is getting a bit hard to sift through.:twocents:.....:):
Oh yeah and it seems these days when you post a new thread, I feel like:stickpoke:

    Small update:

Lower was mailed to Ident in Texas for engraving on 2/24. It arrived down there on 2/28. On 3/9 they shipped it back. Today, 3/14, UPS attempted to deliver it but I wasn't home. :xmad:

So I guess you'll have to wait until tomorrow for pictures. :(

    Its here!

I am VERY pleased with the work. I sent along a 1-page sheet of instructions on where to engrave, what font, and my name and city, along with alternative locations. They were able to use my first pick of location. :yesway:

I picked underneath the trigger guard because I wanted to be as low-profile as possible. I did NOT want my info to be a distraction or eyesore to the overall look of my SBR.

Ident engraved it plenty deep, filled in the raw areas nicely, and did not damage any part of the lower.

    Pics!

So next step will be assembling the lower. Once that looks good I'll get the Form 1 (and the waiting :() started.
