Boom: CNN reporters outside San Bernardino killers' home says landlord was escorted away by law enforcement, put into unmarked vehicle

Sold access to a place he had no authority doing so

Det. Dan Elton of Redlands PD says no one other than the coroner and family members legally have a right to be inside the home.

And of course the media did not hesitate to pay the landlord for access to the crime scene.

So as usual law enforcement arrest the prostitute (landlord) but lets the John (media) off scott free.

Agreed. The media person who paid, committed a crime too.

What crime did the media or land lord commit? The FBI guys said they cleared the apartment and turned it back over to the land lord.

    1. That's questionable. They might be covering their asses.
    2. It's still a local PD crime scene at the very least.

Landlord does not have the authority to let people into a deceased tenant's home until the lease period has run out. The law protects the rights of next-of-kin.

The next of kin or executors of deceased tenants will sue your pants off for giving the public access to their apartment.

If you rented an apartment, and we're away, could your landlord sell access to your residence? And once in that residence, does that allow the rummaging through your belongings with impunity?
