    Had breakfast with an OBGYN nurse the wife has been friends with for years. She is very upset about the drastically high rate of miscarriages they are dealing with. Guess which group is having the problems.

    That is the same problems as the recipients of the free "humanitarian" gates foundation shots. Interesting.

    I keep wondering if it's not really a vaccine, it's population control. Why else would it be so aggressively mandated when it admittedly doesn't even work??

    Easy, those citizens have been well indoctrinated into the communist / socialist / Marxist mentality.

    Critical thinking is no longer needed nor desired. You simply need to follow the narrative pushed by the regime..

    So, they are misinformed in that video. The administration is not making this under the general rule-making section, using the Emergency Temporary Standard to by-pass the notice and public comment process.

    Here is a better breakdown of the legality of the vaccine mandate as currently promulgated... basically, it doesn't even qualify under the Emergency Temporary Standard.


    Workplace standards are typically issued under Section 655(b) of the OSH Act, whereby interested parties are notified of the proposed rule, data and comments are solicited from the public, objections can be filed, and hearings can be held.

    In putting in place this vaccine mandate, however, the Biden administration is relying on Section 655(c) of the OSH Act. That section allows the Secretary of Labor to immediately enact a rule – called an Emergency Temporary Standard, or ETS – that remains in effect for up to six months without going through the normal notice and public comment rulemaking process.

    Because this emergency route dispenses with the full panoply of procedural protections, federal courts have described the ETS provision as “the most dramatic weapon in OSHA’s enforcement arsenal” and an “extraordinary power” that should be “delicately exercised.”

    under the law, the Secretary can only implement an emergency rule if he first finds substantial evidence that workers are exposed to a “grave danger” from “new hazards” and that the emergency rule is “necessary” to protect them from such danger.

    I've read your posts, I would be surprised if you're on the fence. Yes they're trying to take people out. It's good vs evil at the highest level. Go ahead and look up operation Lockstep from 2010, by the Rockefeller foundation, and 2019 event 201 by John's Hopkins and Gates Foundation. It's in writing and not hidden, their own documents. Are world governments trying to just help us out since March 2020, or does it make more sense they're trying to take us out? No brainer!
