    You need one of the static kits to fill the fun button hole.
    I've thought about getting one for mine, just haven't done it yet. If I remember its a Hawk kit.

    Yah to bad Hawk retired his kits were top notch, really would be to hard to make up if you had all the pieces just make little base mount.

    For those of you with the SOCOM 16s, are you happy with that barrel length or do you find yourselves wishing you went longer? I can't kick the idea that I need an M1A in my life (already have a couple of Garands), but am not sure what barrel length I want.

    For those of you with the SOCOM 16s, are you happy with that barrel length or do you find yourselves wishing you went longer? I can't kick the idea that I need an M1A in my life (already have a couple of Garands), but am not sure what barrel length I want.
    Having had a few full size, like the 16 much more, bark is bit more. The only thing is front sight blade bigger (wider) and can’t just swap out, would need the kit from Smith ent it’s new base for barrel and comp of choice then you can install USGI sight blade, but I’ve gotten used to it so probably won’t change. Oh and the ugly laser SOCOM 16 logo on op rod sharpie fixes that.
