Anyone know if there's a difference between the barrel with one and the one with two dimples? My 9FS is new (Sept 2013) and has one dimple. I just shot it for the first time today. I liked it. I have to get used to the trigger. I shoot my Shield better, but I've had it for a year longer and have different sights on it. I wasn't checking group size because we were just shooting a 12x12 steel plate. I definitely could've shot better, but it was probably not the gun. I'm getting used to the trigger, which is a little different than my Shield.

Yeah I've seen that. But they don't say whether there is a difference between one and two dimples. I emailed S&W to find out. It seems like there may be a difference in the fit of the barrel hood. We'll see.

Let us know what they say. I'll have to check my barrels, I have no idea how many dimples mine have.

My 4.25 Pro has two dimples born date 11/12. I think alot of the accuracy issues are people shooting win white box 115s or rem 115s. With 124g reloads 6" plate are easy at 20yds, even at reasonable speed. Cheap 115s lucky to hit half.
