Okay, full disclosure... I have had fried okra and it was okay. Apparently the snot gets fried out of it, or maybe it's absorbed into the breading so it's not noticeable. But in gumbo or boiled or steamed? Nope.

What's with so many kids being picky eaters anymore?

Sure, I remember a few when I was in school, seems like the majority now.

I know more kids that will only eat 2-3 things than not anymore.

Sure, I remember a few when I was in school, seems like the majority now.

I know more kids that will only eat 2-3 things than not anymore.

When the grandsons were with us, I tried to get them to try "healthy" things. They weren't having it. We caved and gave them hot dogs, pizza and chicken nuggets. Their pediatrician wasn't concerned about it as long as we were giving them multi-vitamins (which we were). I don't know that I agreed.

It held on for a while. We referred to it as the land of the banned. Mainly banned members from Ingo populated it.
I was a member in stealth just to keep an eye on it.
The forum failed for a few reasons one being the lack of proper moderation and I know I am gonna get popped for that statement. The site owner fell ill. He attempted to sell it to Fenway but Mike thought better of it.
They still have an active FB page last I looked.
A lot of angry people over there.

These were people banned from INGO ages ago in many cases. Time to move the hell on folks.

As far as moderation here on INGO... I'd say it's just about right

I've never tried Okra, and after DD's analogy, it's (s)not going to happen.
